TopLive Community Guidelines

All TopLive users must follow these rules to help us maintain a safe, respectful, and lawful community.

By using TopLive, you agree to comply with these guidelines at all times. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, temporary or permanent suspension, and, in severe cases, reporting to law enforcement.

1. General Behaviour Rules

You must always:

• Treat others with respect and courtesy.
• Follow all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Use the platform only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
• Provide accurate and truthful information in your account.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others.
• Avoid any behavior that may disturb, harm, or exploit other users.

You must not:

• Impersonate any person, including other users, celebrities, public figures, or TopLive staff.
• Share, request, or trade personal contact details outside approved in-app tools.
• Circumvent security or moderation systems.
• Encourage others to break these rules.

2. Prohibited Content

2.1 Sexually Explicit and Adult Content

Strictly prohibited:

• Nudity or partial nudity, including genitals, visible genital outlines, erections, female nipples, or sexualized body parts.
• Sexual acts, sexual intercourse, or any simulation of sexual activity.
• Sexually suggestive gestures, posing, or expressions.
• Content sexualizing minors in any way (real, fictional, or illustrated).
• Use or display of sex toys in a sexual context.
• Content containing sexual fluids or depicting fetish activities.
• Requests for sexual services or sexual exploitation.

2.2 Harassment, Bullying, and Hate Speech

Strictly prohibited:

• Threats, intimidation, blackmail, or harassment of any kind.
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Mocking, shaming, or humiliating others.
• Non-consensual sharing of personal information (doxxing).
• Stalking or repeated unwanted contact.

2.3 Violence, Self-Harm, and Dangerous Acts

Strictly prohibited:

• Graphic or gory content depicting injury, death, or violence.
• Promotion of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.
• Physical abuse or cruelty towards people or animals.
• Encouraging dangerous challenges, stunts, or unsafe acts.
• Display or promotion of weapons, explosives, or dangerous substances.

2.4 Illegal or Criminal Activity

Strictly prohibited:

• Selling, buying, or promoting illegal goods or services.
• Drug use or drug trafficking.
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive schemes.
• Copyright infringement or piracy.
• Hacking, phishing, or spreading malicious software.
• Promoting extremist or terrorist organizations.

2.5 Anti-Trafficking and Exploitation

Strictly prohibited:

• Any activity related to human trafficking, forced labor, sexual exploitation, or modern slavery.
• Recruitment, coercion, or facilitation of trafficking.
• Content that glorifies, promotes, or trivializes trafficking or exploitation.

2.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Fraud

Strictly prohibited:

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Concealing the source or destination of funds.
• Using in-app currency for illegal purposes.
• Engaging in financial transactions that violate applicable laws.

2.7 Spam and Unsolicited Content

Strictly prohibited:

• Bulk or repetitive messages.
• Posting unrelated promotional content.
• Sending phishing links or harmful websites.
• Unapproved advertising, contests, or commercial activities.

3. Protection of Minors and Anti-CSAM

We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). You must not:

• Post, share, or request any sexual or exploitative content involving minors.
• Sexualize minors in any context (including fictional or cartoon depictions).
• Share images or videos of minors in suggestive or unsafe contexts.
• Request personal information from minors.
• Encourage minors to bypass safety controls.

Any suspected CSAM will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

4. Moderation and Reporting

• You can report any violation using in-app reporting tools or by contacting [email protected].
• All reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• We employ a combination of automated tools and trained human moderators to help identify and address prohibited content.
• We may remove content or restrict accounts if it violates these guidelines or applicable laws.

5. Appeals

If you believe your content or account was restricted in error:

1. Contact [email protected].
2. Include your account ID, a description of the decision you dispute, and your reasons.
3. Our moderation team will review impartially and respond as soon as possible.

6. Enforcement

Possible actions for violations:

• Warning.
• Removal of prohibited content.
• Temporary or permanent suspension of your account.
• Restriction of certain features.
• Reporting to law enforcement if required by law.

Repeat or severe violations may result in a permanent ban without prior warning.
